How to Quit Smoking !!!

1)Quit in one shot. Don't think slow and steady I will reduce.
2)Use nicotine gum or else e-cig instead of that.
3)Take nicotine gum of 2mg. If you want to have 4 mg then consult with the doctor.
4)Put nicotine gum in your mouth and give slight press then try to suck the juice and chew slowly not like normal chewing gum.
5)After half an hour just spit the chewing gum and take again whenever you feel like to have cigarette.
6)After having chewing gum even though if you feel like to cigarette then use electronic cigarette. This will help you to get rid of temptation.
7)Now slow and steady reduce the gum or electronic cigarette intake and reduce it to zero.
8)Remember one thing will power is very much important into it.You should have to decide what ever happen I will not take a single puff as the day you will take one puff again it will start.
9)If you are taking drink at that time also use gum or electronic cigarette whenever you will get tempt.One or two times you feel like to have cigarette later on you will be adjusted without fag.
10)Last but not the least,if you quit cigarette from long time and think if I will take one puff then nothing will happen then you are wrong. It will again start your smoking. As per the doctor if  you stop cigarette from 7 year then its consider that you quit smoking.
11)Try to avoid to go those places where you use to smoke as it will attract you again.

Power of Meditation

Meditation is the only way to connect with the god.Meditation means no thought should have to come in your mind. Initially when you will start then lots of thought will come then don't be involver in it but just become an observer and slow and steady you will feel these thoughts are not important and you can keep it aside.Hence you will reach to a mode where no thoghts are coming into your mind.
Generally human have three kind of sleep
1) Partial sleep
2) Normal sleep
3)Deep sleep
In deep sleep your entire body and soul are resting because of that morning you feel energetic. Same way in meditation you will allow your spirit to take rest inside your body. Since its resting inside in your body so it needs less time to re -energize and you will feel energetic after meditation. Thats why 2-3 hour sleep is sufficient for the people who is doing meditation. Its found that people can't able to do meditation who eats non-veg. 

How to start and stick to the Gym!!!

Many times you heard that people is joining the gym but discontinued in between. Do you ever think why? Today I will tell you the reason, how you can be regular in a Gym and what exactly you should have to do in gym to be in shape:
1)       If you are fresher then don’t do too much exercise on first two week. Normal cardio, running, cycling and cross running are more than sufficient. Avoid push-ups, pull-ups, parallel bar, sit-ups and machine on first two week as your body is rigid so it will take time to get flexible. If you will do the above mentioned exercise on 1st two week then you will get a severe pain which will demotivate you to go to gym. This is the main reason people will stop going gym.
2)      First day if you will do exercise in gym then next day you will get pain but don’t discontinue the gym. Try to go to gym then after exercise you will feel less pain and slow and steady it will go off. Here only many people do the mistake and they will not go to gym for next day and pain will increase more which is unbearable and they don’t have guts to go to gym again.
3)      After 2 weeks slowly try to include free hand exercise in your workout and after that come to the routine exercise. Never repeat the same exercise everyday otherwise you will get bore and again you will leave the gym.
4)      Try to complete your gym within 5 days and 2 days take rest in a week. As per the golden rule 2 days sufficient for married man, 3-4 days are sufficient for normal person, maximum 5 days you should go to gym and 6-7 days are too much for a body. Within 1 week try to finish each part of a body then take rest. Taking rest is mandatory as during workout your tissue will get break so build up again body needs rest and then only you will get a nice shape.
5)      Try to follow the routine exercise one day chest another day biceps then triceps, then legs, then shoulder, lattice etc...Before starting the gym do the stretching and warmup exercise then do the free hand and after that do your routine exercise and in the end do the workout for abs.
6)      Don’t mix any exercise the day you are doing the workout for legs even the abs and cardio also.
7)      The day you do lattice exercise on that day don’t do the abs exercise instead of that do exercise of back strengthening.
8)      The day you do the exercises for biceps and triceps on that day don’t do wrist exercise. Do it on other day.
9)      Back strengthening you can do on all the days as most of the exercise effect on your lower back.
10)   Try to do the exercise with the partner as this help you to come regular to the gym and each exercise you can get support from partner and you can lift more weight with proper posture.
11)   Always try to do the exercise in a right posture otherwise you will get a wrong body shape. Do the exercise with an appropriate weight .It’s not necessary to lift heavy weight rather than that posture is important. If you want the exercise for cuts then do with light weight as it will increase the no. of repetition of your exercise and you will get the cuts but if you want the mass then do with heavy weight as the no. of repetition will be less and but because of lifting heavy weight help you to increase the mass.
12)   Only exercise is not sufficient. You should have to follow the proper diet. You have to avoid the oily food and try to have large no. of fruits and salads. You have to take the protein in the form of egg and chicken. Mutton is having high cholesterol so try not to have more. Don’t have the yellow part of egg as it’s not good for health. Never take heavy meals instead of that take 5-6 short meals which help you to reduce weight a lot and you will come into the shape. If you are a vegetarian then have paneer, beans, sprout etc.… for protein.
13)   If you are planning to lose weight then don’t take rice and banana. Take only skim milk which is having zero FAT. Take lots of water which help to reduce weight. Generally a normal person should have to take 2 liter of water in a day but if you are doing gym you should have to take at least 3 liter of water as you are getting dehydrated during workout.
14)   Eat anything two hours before gym and half an hour after gym. Try to have water only if you are actually thirsty during workout that to one or two sip not more than that. After your workout just relax yourself in Gym for 5 minutes then only leave .While going out after workout try to go with Jackets as your body is warm and outside its cold so there is chances you will get cold and cough. After workout take bath with warm water. Don’t use cold water otherwise again chances of cold and cough.
15)   In any routine exercise do 5 type of exercises with 3 sets each are sufficient. Try to complete your exercise within 1 hour. It should not have to go more than that.
16)   On your rest day if you want to do any exercise then you can go to park and do the brisk walking for 30 minutes.
17)   Always keep towel while working out so that you can swipe your sweat.
18)   Try not to take supplements as its causes lots of problem in near future.
19)   Always do the exercise with proper sports shoe, t-shirt and track pant.
20)   If you are lifting weights then in 1st set do with light weight and then increase the weights on 2nd and 3rd set.
21)   Sometime if you are doing exercise but your muscles are not increasing then take the break of 15 days and again start the exercise. It will help you to increase muscle as all your broken tissue will get recover.
22)   Generally many body builder are taking full body massage once in a week to enhance their muscles.
23)   If you skipped the exercise for more than 15days then 1st one week do the cardio and mix exercise. Don’t start with your routine exercise. Mix exercise means you can do all body part exercise in a single day. In this you will not do any exercise for 3 set but you will do only 1 set and you will do multiple exercises. Few people only do cardio, free hand and abs for a week then go for routine exercise.

In the end I will tell you only one thing “Stay fit and look sexy”.

How to come out of Depression!!!

Now a day’s depression is a very common illness and found in many people. So people should have to know what depression is and how to get rid of it.
What is depression?
Depression is that mode of a human being in that person is feeling very low and wants to do suicide. It’s generally happened because of sudden loss of a loved one, business loss, financial crunches, unemployment, flanked in education, staying alone, not able to share feelings, failed in love etc.
How to know person is in depression?
If suddenly person is not talking to anyone and trying to stay alone. Sleeping either very less or sleeping too much. Planning to do suicide. Not concentrating on the work. Lost interest in partner.
How to get rid of it?
1)      Best way to get rid is to meet with psychiatrist and do the counselling and take medicine as per the doctor instruction. Generally you have to take the anti-depression tablets for 9 month. But people hesitate to meet with psychiatrist as they have perception that only mental people will consult with them. Actually this mind setup everybody should have to change. Depression does not mean that person is mentally unfit. You should meet with doctor and take cure. Other people should have to support that person rather than curse.
2)      Banana is an anti-depression so try to have maximum. Take 1 banana before sleeping this will help the person to get good sleep.
3)      Exercise, Reading books and going to temple or doing prayer are anti-depression.
4)      Sleep is most important. A person having depression should have to take at least 7-8 hours’ sleep. Sleeping room should be dark and there should be no noise. In between night if a person is getting up for washroom then don’t check the time just go to washroom and then sleep again.
5)      Before sleeping if you will take milk that also help you to get sleep.
6)      Meet with friends and keep yourself always busy then negative thoughts will not come.
7)      Share all the feelings to psychiatrist which help doctor to diagnose fast and help you to get relax as sharing reduces the pain.
8)      If it’s a love failure then delete all the photos and connections and never discussed about him/her then only you will come out of it.
9)      Always motivate the person not to do suicide and tell him/her that what is the guaranty after death your problem will get resolve who knows you have to face same set of life.
10)   Talk about other people who love him/her a lot and motivate that person to live for them.
11)   Show them the interview of Deepika padukone of depression and the show shown in “Satymev Jayte” for mental ill people. This help the person to again back to track.
12)   Never leave the medicine even though you are feeling alright. Just discuss with your doctor if they say then you can stop it otherwise it will hit you again with more adverse effect.
13)   In this world almost everybody has some pain but still they are living happily take the motivation from them and you will recover soon.

14)   Always think that nothing has happened to you and slow & steady you will be back in normal life.

How to say good bye to the lower back pain !!!

Now a day’s lower back pain is very common disease. Almost 80% of the people whose age more than 30 are suffering from lower back pain. Major reason for the back pain are continuous sitting, sitting in wrong posture, bike riding specially the sports bike which is having disk brake, driving, running, intercourse, cycling, heavy weight lifting, travelling on cab etc. and bad thing is that there is no medicine for lower back pain except pain killer. Hence to get rid of lower back pain only measure is to do back strengthening exercise and follow some instructions which are as follows:
1) Never sit continuously for half an hour. Every half an hour try to take micro break.
2) Always sit straight and your legs should contact the floor.
3) Never lock your chair. Let it be get inclined or declined.
4) Consult with the orthopaedic first, if doctor tell you to meet with physiotherapist then only go there. Never go to physiotherapist directly.
5) Whatever exercise physiotherapist will tell , do those only. Never do the other back pain exercise as it may put more strain on your back.
6) If you do gym then avoid sit ups, crunches , running , legs exercise  etc.. for sometime and do back strengthening for atleast 2 month  after that you can continue with it.
7) In gym you can do upper body part exercise, brisk walking, push-ups , pull-ups and parallel-bar even though you have back pain.
8) Hamstring and plank are best exercise for back pain but try to avoid side plank.
9) Hot bag treatment is best for back pain. If you have back pain then try to take 2-3 time massage in a day with it for 10-15 min.
10) Back strengthening exercise should have to do atleast for 5-6 month . If possible do it twice a day.
11) Avoid heavy weight lifting. Always wear belt if you are lifting heavy weights.
