Exercise Tips

We all know exercise is important to lead a healthy life but we have lots of wrong myth for workout which I will try to sort it out to some extent in this topic.

Perceptions
Many thinks that those people has to do exercise who is fat or having any health issues but as per the doctor everybody should have to do exercise so that their immune system will develop and they are less vulnerable to the diseases. It doesn't matter whether you are losing weight or not but if you do exercise daily then you are less prone to any disease. Many people has cured their many severe diseases through exercise when doctor said them there is no cure of it.
If you think alcohol, drugs etc. are addictive try workout for 2-3 months then your perceptions will get change.

What to do
Now question is that which exercise and how many days we should have to do in a week.
It all depends upon person like. Do any exercise in which you are getting sweat. More you will sweat more your face will get glow and get a better result.    
You can go for Gym, Yoga, Zumba, Cycling, Swimming, Running, Walking, any outdoor sports etc.
If you do intense exercise for 3 days in a week that is sufficient. Don't do exercise more than 5 days in a week because 6 days is too much for the body. If you do workout then your tissues will get break so you should have to give time to get repair. Hence at least 2 days you should have to take rest for better result.

Warmup
Before doing any exercise, sports and dance etc. you should do warm-up exercise. You would have to do exercise for all your 9 joints. You will get the warmup exercise easily on you tube. People who will not do warmup always complain about body pain.

Walking
Walking is one of the best exercise. This can be done by any age group. You can do it any time. If you walk for 30 to 45 mins daily you will not get many diseases. You can walk daily. Generally it is recommended that to do brisk walking but if you can't walk faster then any speed will is ok.

Running
Running is another best exercise. You can loose lots of weight in it but sometimes people may get knee or back pain. At that time you should avoid running. Its notice that if you are running on ground instead on hard turf then chances of getting back or knee pain is less. It would be good to do running with shoe otherwise you may get ankle pain.

Yoga
Yoga also can be done everyday. It will make you internally strong but getting shape through this is little tough. You should have to do yoga under trained trainer. If you will do it wrongly then it will effect your health. This exercise also can be done by any age group.

Gym
Gym is the most used place for workout. Many people are going there for exercise. Generally people recommend this place to go because after seeing others you will get mood to do. You can do cardio & weight lifting exercises. Its been notice that weight lifting is 85% more effective than cardio to lose weight so even girls started to do this now a days.

It's better to do routine exercise in gym. You can split your exercise in a week as shown below:
First day-Chest
Second day-Back
Third Day - Arms ( Bicep & Triceps)
 Fourth day - Shoulder and Abs
Fifth day - Legs
2 Days - Rest
Some people will combine Chest-TricepsBicep-Back & Shoulder-Legs in a single day. As you have to do 6 body part workout in 5 days so one day you have to combine 2 body part exercise. So you can choose any combination as per your preference.
You try to finish your exercise in 1- 1.5 hour. You can divide your workout 5 part.
1st Part - Warmup (Stretching)
2nd Part - Cardio ( Running, Cycling, Cross-fit etc..)
3rd Part - Push-up, Pull-up, Parallel bar
4th Part - Routine Exercise ( like chest, back ,biceps, triceps, shoulder & leg as per your schedule) You shouldn't have to do exercise more than 5 variation.  Each variation will be of 3 set
1st set  - With light weight, 12 repetition 
2nd set - With medium weight. 10-12 repetition 
3rd Set - With heavy weight.  If its difficult to lift then you can take support from your friend or instructor. 8-10 repetition 
We have a wrong myth that if you will lift heavy weight then only you can build muscle. Instead of that if you lift how much you  can and your posture is right then you can see better result. Many people met with an injury because of wrong posture and  lifting too heavy weight.
5th Part - Wrist and abs.
Always try to complete each body part workout in a week.
In routine exercise we are working out in each body part so leads to get a better result. 
Even doctor is telling to lift weight after 30 year to make your bones strong.
If you are doing gym first time or after long time then start with light weight and less duration. You will get body pain for almost 1 week then it will disappear so don't discontinue because of pain.
If you have a gap of almost 1 month then first 2 days do mix exercise then start with routine exercises.
 
Diet - Diet is very important part of exercise.  
Many people will do dieting to get slim but later on get many health problem because they will not get sufficient vitamins or minerals to their bodies. 
Many people get slim due to dieting but they look like they got some disease.

Even if you do dieting you will not get stamina to do exercise. 
Instead of that you can maintain healthy food habits.
Try to have maximum fruits, salad, home made food, less oily food, dry fruit etc. You can reduce the quantity  of rice intake and eat something if you feel hungry. Try to have seasonal fruits which help you to improve your immunity. Don't do overeating as this leads to increase your weight.
It's been noticed that if you do exercise then your mind always try to force to have healthy diet.

Water - Generally a normal person has to take 2 liter of water or 8 glass of water daily but if you are exercising then you should have to take at least 3 liter or 12 glass of water because while working out you are sweat a lot and keep yourself hydrated you should drink more water. Water will also help to reduce weight so it would be good if you have lots of water.

Sports- This is one of the best exercise. It will make you physically and mentally fit.

Sunlight- Now a days due to office many people not get the chance to go in front of Sunray, leads to have Vitamin D deficiency which make their immune system low. Hence try everyday to stand in front of Sunray for at least 5 mins daily. This will help you to improve your Vitamin D level.

 Dance- This is an another best exercise. If you dont have any equipment to work on try this. 
Switch on the TV and play any song and follow the same step. It will work on each body part.

Day to Day life include physical activity-
Its not  that you have to do only exercise. In your day to day life also you can include many physical activity like instead of using elevator use staircase, go to nearby place by walk or cycle rather than vehicle etc. You must have seen that there are many people who wont do any exercise but always look fit because they do lots of physical activity in their day to day life.

I hope the above mentioned tips will help you to your day to day life and you will lead a healthy life style. Remember one thing if you do exercise never think it's not effecting you, always be positive and soon you will get the better result.
Remember you can work 1 hour less in the office but always keep 1 hour for your health because health is wealth. Body doesn't need hardcore exercise, normal workout is sufficient.

How to cook mustard fish curry

Fish curry is one of the favourite food for many people but most of the people don't know how to cook it. Hence today i will tell you how to cook mustard fish curry.

Ingredients
1) Fish 1-2 kg
2) Yellow raw mustard (not available then take black raw mustard )
3) Garlic (15-20 pieces )
4) Ginger
5) 2-3 chopped tomato
6) 1 onion
7) 2-3 green chilly
8) Raw Jeera
9) Red Chilly
10) Chopped Corriander
11) Turmeric powder
12) Corriander powder

Marination of Fish
Wash the fish properly then add salt as per the quantity, 1 teaspoon turmeric and squeeze  1/4 lemon. Leave it for half an hour.
Prepare masala
Add 1 and half spoon of yellow mustard in grinder jar and grind it without adding water then add ginger, garlic,green chilly & little water and grind it. Then grind tomato and onion separately.
Fry the Fish
Keep the pan on stove and switch on the gas at high flame. Remember you have to fry the fish in high flame only. Put the little more mustard oil and let it get real hot. If oil is not hot and at that time if you will put the fish then it will stick to pan so wait for oil to get hot. Then put the fish for fry and fry till it will get dark brown.
Fish Curry
After fish get fry then you will left with lots of oil. Remove extra oil that you can use in other thing. Rest oil make it hot again then put Raw yellow mustard, raw Jeera and raw red chilly ( break it from middle). Remember cook in low flame. Then add mustard paste and fry it properly otherwise you will get bitter taste. If it's getting dry then add little water . Close the pan and keep it for 4-5 minute . Once the bubble is coming means your mustard is ready then add your grinded onion and mix it well.Cook it again for 4-5 min by covering the pan then add tomato puree and mix it again. Then again cover the pan and leave it for 4-5 minute. Once you will open the pan it's almost watery then add half spoon of turmeric and Corriander. Then mix it well and close the pan so that masala will get cook properly.  After 2-3 min just check masala should not has to touch the kadai. If it's sticking then add little more water and then cover the kadai again. After 4-5 minutes when all the masala is ready then add the water as per your requirement. Then mix it well. Put the gas in high flame. Cover the kadai leave it for 2 minute. Then uncover the kadai and you can see it's boiling. Then mix it well , cover the kadai and put the gas in low flame. Let masala will mix with water. Open the kadai and add salt ( remember you had already added the salt initially) and mix it well. Close the kadai again and cook it until it's ready. Once the masala is ready then add fish and check the salt again. If salt is ok then add chopped  coriander, close the pan and switch off the gas. Hence your fish is ready now to serve.

How to cook tasty mutton curry in half an hour!!!

Everybody know Mutton will take lots of time to get cook and that's what people hate to cook it. Today I will tell you how to cook mutton in half an hour.
Ingredients:
1) Tezpatta
2) Raw Garam Masala
3) Illaychi ( Break it from middle)
4) Laung
5) Raw Jeera
6) Raw Black Pepper ( Break and make it as powder )
7) Raw Dry Red Chilly ( Break it from middle)
8) Turmeric
9) Mutton
10) Mutton Masala
11) Garam Masala
12) Onion 4-5 ( Chopped it medium )
13) Tomato 2-3 ( Chopped it medium )
14) Corriander leaves ( Chopped it medium)
15) Corriander powder
16) Raw ginger and garlic ( else ginger garlic paste )
17) Green Chilly (2-3 pieces as already adding raw dry red chilly)

Marinate Mutton
Wash mutton thouroghly then add little salt, squeeze 1/4 lemon , 1 spoon turmeric  ( it will kill all the bacteria) and leave it for half an hour.

Cooking
Switch on the stove in high flame. Keep the cooker onto it. Wait till cooker will get warm. Then put 3-4 spoon of mustard oil ( or less oil as mutton will produce oil ) , then wait till oil get warm. When oil is warm then put the gas in low flame. Add raw ginger garlic or ginger garlic paste, raw cumin seed , clove, cardamom, raw garam masala , Tezpatta, green chilly and raw dry red chilly. Let it get cook. Then add onion and cook till it get light brown . After that add tomato and cook it till everything get watery. Then add mutton and mix everything well . Add the later amount of salt ( remember you had added the salt at the time of marination). Cover the cooker then let it cook for 4-5 min. Remember don't close the cooker. Once the mutton produce the water then add mutton masala , Corriander powder and little garam masala powder. Mix it well then cover the cooker and cook it for 4-5 min. Then add half an glass of water or water as per your requirement. Mix it well the cook for another 2-3 min so that all the masala will mix well with water. Then close the cooker. Put the gas on high flame. Wait for first whistle after that put it for medium flame and then wait for 4 more whistle.  Then switch off the gas. Wait till pressure to get release and then check whether mutton become soft. If not then switch on the gas keep it for low flame and cover the cooker and cook it for sometime until and unless mutton is soft.Before switching off the gas add chopped Corriander and mix it well. Then cover the cooker and switch off the stove.
Open the mutton after 10 minutes and it's ready.

Basic steps to reduce Hair fall

Hair loss is a very common problem. Almost everyone is suffering from it.Once hair lost then it will be never come back so you have to save before losing it. I will share few tips today which will help you to reduce your hair loss.
1) Never comb in wet hair : Wet hair is generally very weak so you shouldn't have to comb at that time otherwise you will lose lots of hair. Almost everyone do the comb in wet hair and loose so much hair. Even though if you are sweating at that time also you should not have to do comb to reduce hair loss.
2) Never change your oil/shampoo : Most of the people keep on changing their oil and shampoo result in loss of hair. Generally hair will be adjusted to the shampoo and oil but if you change it again they have to adjust result in hair loss. Hence always stick to one oil and shampoo.
3) Use wide teeth comb : Generally hair will get stuck in between the narrow teeth comb leads to hair break but in wide teeth it won't stuck. Hence always try to comb with wide teeth.
4) Keep small hair: Generally long hair will fall alot and it's difficult to maintain but small hair as compare to long hair damage less and there is no need for the maintenance. Hence always try to keep small hair.
5) Comb atleast twice a day : Many people once they will take bath at that time only comb after that they won't do. It's wrong.Actually combing will increase the blood flow and strengthen your hair. So whenever your hair is dry , do combing for atleast 10-15 min to strengthen you hair and repeat this twice in a day.
6) Shampoo your hair twice in a week : If your hair and scalp are dirty then your hair fall will be more. Hence clean it always. Do the shampoo twice in a week not more than that otherwise you will be having more hair fall. After shampoo do conditioner so hair will not break while combing. While applying shampoo and conditioner on hair do it lightly not harshly,apply to your scalp also not only on hair and rinse it thoroughly.
7) Oil your hair twice in a week : Before going for shampoo apply oil in your hair . It will strengthen your hair.You can apply the oil either in the night one day before the shampoo or half an hour before the shampoo. Don't apply oil daily as dust will stick to the oil make your hair filthy leads to hair loss. After oil, wash it thoroughly. Apply the oil on scalp gently and no need to do comb as it got wet.Use natural oil without any mixing. Coconut oil is the best.
8) Never shave your hair : After shaving your hair, generally people will lose 20% of your hair as you won't comb for almost 2-3 month leads to more loss. Many people will tell if you shave your hair, it will  get increase and you will get strength to your hair but it's a myth. Generally it will get reduce.
9) Eat 2-3 Dates daily : Dates will increase the strength of hair. You can have 2-3 dates daily to strengthen your hair.
10) Exercise : Exercise will increase the hair strength so do the exercise daily for strong hair.
11) Dandruff : Dandruff is the main reason for hair loss . If you have dandruff then try to get rid of it as soon as possible. Use Anti-dandruff shampoo but don't use it for longer time.If dandruff is not going with shampoo then check with Dermatologist and follow the doctor instructions. 
12) Be Natural : Don't experiment on the hair. Try to be natural. Don't use chemicals which will damage your hair. Don't straighten your hair, colour your hair, use gel etc. If you have white hair then use ammonia free colour or else use mehendi. Don't use lemon on hair as it's having citric acid which will make your hair  thin and then you will start reducing it.
13) Avoid stress/tension : People lose lots of hair because of stress and tension so try to avoid it and always be happy.
14) Don't use head massage : If you have less hair then never go for head massage as the way barber is doing it , you will lose more hair rather than getting any benefits.
15) Use the helmet cap before using the helmet : Major reason for losing the hair is helmet. Generally your hair will stick to the helmet and whenever you take brake your helmet will move forward which will break your hair so cover your hair with helmet cap or any handkerchief and then wear helmet to save hair.
16) Don't use cap : If you will wear cap then your scalp will not get oxygen leads to hair loss . Hence never cover your hair to reduce loss.
17) Maturity : Generally if person will get mature at that time there will be lots of hair loss and after sometime those hairs will come back.
18) Few hairs fall everyday: Few hairs fall everyday but it will be reborn so you need not to be worry. If hair fall is more than you should have to take care.

Alcohol Gyan

Everybody know that alcohol consumption is injurious to health still many people in habit of it so today i will give you few tips which will effect less on the body.

1. Moderate drinker: As per the research, moderate drinker live 15 year more than a teetotaller but it's difficult to become the moderate drinker.


                  What is Moderate drinker?                                                            
Moderate  drinker means who is taking 60ml hard drink in a week or else one mug of beer or one glass of wine. Generally people are taking lots of alcohol the day they are drinking which effect their health. If you are a moderate drinker then this will help you to strong your heart. If you are taking one glass of wine in a week this will help you to glow your skin.Hence moderate drinker has lots of benefits so try to have moderate drink.

2. Drink with water: Always have hard drink with water. Don't take it with soda or aerated water otherwise morning you will be having the hangover. Your body will dehydrate because of alcohol and lack of water make your life hell in the next morning.

3. DDD concept: You should follow the three DDD concept while drinking. D=Dilution , D=Duration and D=Diet.
                                                                                                             
Dilution: Dilute your drink as much as you can which will effect less on your body. Many people have drink while adding less water or nit which will effect a lot in your lever.In one glass add in between 30-60 ml of liquor and rest part of the glass fill with water then have it. It will cause less effect on the body.
Duration: Take your time to finish your drink as nobody is going to snatch with you. Many people will finish the drink in bottoms up or very early which again effect a lot on your lever and you will be having the hangover in the morning.Enjoy your drink and keep maximum gap for the next peg.
Diet: Many people won't eat after drink which effect your body a lot and morning you will be having the hangover too so always try to have something before going to the bed. Its not necessary to heavy meal but light meal is also sufficient but never sleep in empty stomach.
4. Never take Bottoms up: Many people just for style will take bottoms up. Never do that this will effect your lever a lot and you will get drunk very soon.

5. Never have Cocktails: Its been told that never have cocktail as it will give you bad hangover and you will get drunk so early. Hence always stick with one drink in a day. Never mix it up.
6. Say no to Nit drink: Generally raw drink is very bitter and it will burn your throat inside so never take the nit drink.It will effect your lever badly, you will get drunk soon and you will be having the bad hangover.
7. Never Drink in Day Time : If you will drink in day time then you will go for sleep and may be you will sleep for 3-4 hours but that is not sufficient and you will get bad hangover and because of sleep in the day time you will not get sleep in night so again you have to drink to get sleep.Hence most of the people won't drink in day time.

What is Hangover?

Whenever you will drink a lot  in the night or not followed the step mentioned above then morning you will be having severe headache , body pain and feeling uneasy etc. that is called as hangover.

How to avoid Hangover?

Many people are getting worst hangover everyday because of not following the rules while drinking and they don't know "How to get rid of it". I will give you few tips which will help you to come out of it.
1. Desprin/ Headache tablet: Take the desprin or headache tablet if you are having headache.
2. Drink lots of water: Hangover will happen generally because of dehydration of body so the day you have hangover have drink lots of water. This will really help you to come out of hangover.
3. Have 60ml of same drink: Take 60 ml of same drink what you had yesterday this will really help to come out of your hangover.
4. Add Hajmola in Pepsi/Coke: Take one/two Hajmola and add it in Pepsi/Coke which will produce forth just have it. Its good way to get rid of hangover.
5. Brush: Next day first thing you have to do after having water is to do the brush as early as possible because yesterday night drink is still stick to your tongue and teeth which should have to clean to get rid of hangover.
6. Lemon: Lemon is the best way to get rid of hangover. Just have lemon water whenever you have hangover.
7. Take heavy meals: As your body is dehydrated because of alcohol so you should have to take heavy meals once you are wake up which help your body to recover fast.
8.Take Bath: As your body is dehydrated because of drink so take bath. It will feel you fresh as water will go inside the body and give you instant relief.
8. Hangover Medicine: If condition is still worst then you can have hangover medicine available in medical store which help you to get normal asap.

Alcohol Dictionary

Many times you heard people are talking about 1 quarter, aardha, khamba etc. while drinking and being as a teetotaller you wont understand anything. Hence today i will give you explanation of it and next time onward you can understand everything.

One Quarter = 180 ml = 1 small bottle = Only used in Hard drink= 1 nip.
Hard Drink means Rum, Vodka,Whisky etc. but not beer and cold drink.
30,60,90 means 30,60,90 ml . 90 ml = Half quarter etc.
Aardha = Two Quarter = 2*180=360 ml= Half Bottle
Khamba= 750 ml = 1 Bottle = 4*180+30=750 ml = You will get extra 30 ml if you will buy full bottle
Hard Drink will come in Sixty, Ninety,Quarter, Half and Full .
Beer will come in 350 ml,500 ml and 750 ml.
Nit = Raw drink.
Patiala Peg = 120 ml = Punjabi word = Very strong and Hard drink one peg is sufficient to give you kick.
Vodka=Generally drink by girl as it makes boy impotent.
Babushka : Another name is burning drink. In bottle cap put some hard drink and then burn it with match stick and switch off all the light then have this drink . It will look like you are drinking fire.
As its nit so it will be very bitter and fill like your throat is burn so be ready with water after having it.

How to make peg?

Many people are not aware "How to prepare peg" so they will make their drink so hard that they can't able to drink it.Hence today i will guide how to prepare peg that its smooth to have and won't give you too much kick.

1. Rum : Generally we are taking with water but if you feel its taste is too hard then you can mix black cold drink with it. Hence in your peg add 30-45 ml of rum, 60-80 ml of cold-drink, if you like to add ice then 2 cube of it then add normal/cold water. You will feel your drink is quite smooth and easy for you to take sip. Generally in quarter make 4-5 peg so that it will effect less on your body and try not to have more than 1 quarter to avoid hangover. Its totally depend upon you, how you want to make your body. Some people 1 quarter is sufficient but other its not but more you will drink more it will effect on your body so try to cut short of it.
2. Whiskey : In one peg, 30-45 ml of  whiskey with water only but it tastes bitter then add 60-80 ml of soda (generally we are not adding any cold drink with it. We are adding only soda with it.) and then water and 2 cubes of ice (optional). Here again make 4-5 peg with one quarter.
3. Vodka : Same as above only use sprite/fanta cold-drink for nice taste.For awesome taste add 30-45 ml of vodka in a glass then rest of the glass fill with your favourite Tropicana juice. You will really love it.
Generally Men won't drink vodka because it make them impotent and girls love to drink because its light and taste is not bitter like other drink.
4. Beer : You have to take it directly, no need to add anything only it should be chilled otherwise its difficult to gulp it.
 Benefits of Beer
If you have one beer bottle in a week then its very good for health as it will clear all your stomach next day but its not recommended to have daily as its having lots of cholesterol which will make you fat.Generally you wont be having any hangover next morning and you will feel fresh too. If you are having stone then drink one beer bottle daily within 1 month you will be out of it.You will not get drunk too much . You will be always in your control.
5. Wine : You can have it directly even though its not cold. Drinking the wine is different.You should take one sip rotate in your mouth then gulp it. This is the way you can enjoy the wine. You must be having a wine opener to open the wine bottle.
Benefits : If you will have 1 glass of wine daily then you will get glow on your face. It will strong your heart if you will 1 glass in a week. Generally no hangover and chances of getting high is very less.
6. Taquilla: We are taking it raw so you will get burning sensation in your throat hence we are using the lemon and salt to make you normal.Take 30 ml of Taquilla or else vodka in a taquilla glass and then hold 1/4th lemon and keep salt on your hand with which you are holding the lemon. So first gulp the entire taquilla in glass then have salt and squeeze lemon to make you normal. Few people add salt on glass top only. Do it with your friends you will really love it. As its a nit drink so you will get high soon. So have as per your limit. Before having Taquilla count for 1,2,3 and then everybody has to take it. Again effect of it on your body is alot as you are taking it raw.

Beginners
Beginners should have to start with Breezer, Breezer plus or Vodka.Once you are habituated to it then go for scotch , hard drink and then Beer as beer taste is too bad first time if you are drinking then you will never touch it.
Quantity of alcohol
Hard Drink contains 42%  of alcohol.
Strong Beer, Breezer Plus contains 8% of alcohol.
Leger Beer, Premium Beer contains 5-6% of alcohol.
Breezer, Ultra leger beer contains 4% of alcohol.
Wine contains 8-16 % of alcohol

Amazing fact : If alcohol will fell into the body then no worry smell will not come from your dress as it contains ethanol and within few minutes it will evaporate.

Notice: If you are drunk then never do piss in your home as the person who will go next to the toilet will come to know you are drunk because of the smell.

Warning : There is no way to hide smell do whatever you want so drink at your own risk.

Suggestions : Never have too much drink that you are out of control. Take break once you think that  you reach to your limit.
Try to have drink in your home or the place where you can sleep to avoid the riding/driving after get drunk.

Funniest thing : Whenever you will get up in the morning after drink, first question will come into your mind how i came to this place then you will search your asset whether its available or not. if you will find everything then you will feel relax and taking pledge that now onwards i will never have drink which actually never get happen.

Coin Game (Just for fun ) 
If you are drinking with 4-5 people or more than you can play this game which will give you ultimate fun. Take one glass of drink cover upper part of glass with tissue paper and then keep one coin above tissue paper.Everyone sit around the glass by making circle. Light one ciggerate take one puff completely optional and then make hole in tissue paper around the coin and pass it to the other person. If he smokes then do the same thing otherwise do the same without taking puff.Continue until or unless coin will fell down in the glass. The person who made the last hole will take that drink bottoms up and everybody will shout Tuk Tuk.

Drink beliefs

How to cook yummy Chicken curry

If you are a non-vegetarian then generally your favourite dish is Chicken Curry Masala so today i will teach you how to cook mouthwatering chicken masala.
Ingredients:
Below is the list of things which are required to prepare chicken curry.
1) Chicken-500gm
2) Onion-7-8 pieces
3) Tomato- 2-3 pieces
4) Green chilly- 5-6 pieces
5) Red chilly- 1 spoon
6) Turmeric powder- 1-2 spoon
7) Coriander powder- 1-2 spoon
8) Lemon - 1/2 piece
9) Chicken Masala Powder - 2 and half spoon
10) Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
11) Salt- 2-3 spoon depends upon spoon size
12) Coriander leaves - Around one bowl properly chopped
13) Ghee - 1-2 spoon
14) Red Chilly dry - 2 pieces
15) Clove - 1-2 pieces
16) Cardamom - 1-2 pieces
17) Raw garam masala - 1-2 pieces
18) Cassia - 1 piece
19) Garlic - 10 - 15 pieces
20) Ginger - 1 finger long
21) Cumin seed - A pinch of cumin
22) Black paper powder - A small pinch of black powder
                           How to cook
Marinate the chicken: Wash the chicken thoroughly then add 1 spoon of Turmeric powder ( which will act as an antiseptic and kill all the germs ) , total salt which we have to use in chicken will be divided into three part, one part we will add in chicken which help to chicken get soft and squeeze 1/2 lemon(you can use vinegar or curd instead of lemon but I prefer lemon). Keep this for at least one hour.
Start cooking : Take one cooker, put 3-4 spoon of mustard oil and put it into low flame. Add ginger-garlic,Cassia  ( break into two pieces),raw garam masala,cardamom  ( open it then add),clove and dalchini for 1 minute. After 1 minute add green chilly, red chilly ( break   into two pieces and add) and a pinch of cumin seeds, cook it for another 1 minute then add chopped onion ( you can make big slices also as we will melt in cooker, this will help you to reduce your cutting work, generally one onion you can make 8 slices ) mix it with oil and raw masala. Add 2nd part of salt in onion which help it to melt faster. Wait for 1-2 minute then add tomato ( again make one tomato into 8 slices). Mix it well and wait for 1 minute then close the cooker and put the stove in high flame.

Why I cooked for less time and close the cooker so that juice on onion and tomato will be there which will not get burn even though cooker put for whistle.

When the first whistle will come then switch off the gas and let pressure to get release automatically from cooker. This will melt your onion and tomato and there is no need to use grinder. Generally in all the cooking videos it is suggest to use grinder which is too hectic. So switch to cooker it will save lots of your time.

Note: Some time may cooker can burn your onion and tomato mixture so to avoid add little bit water and then close the cooker.

When the pressure got release then check  anything is burn or not. If not well and good. If it's little you can mixed it up with gravy . There will be no change in the taste. But its too much then remove the not burnt part in any container and wash the cooker then put the not burnt gravy again. Yes again there will be no alterations in the taste. It will remain the same.

Note : I am giving you the worst scenario generally  it's not getting burn.

Now switch on the gas and put it into low flame. Add chicken then last part of salt ( Salt will help chicken to melt fast) and mixed it with gravy. Then close the cooker with plate and leave it for 1-2 min. Chicken will start producing water then add chicken masala 2 spoon, coriander 1 spoon , 1/2 spoon of garam masala and mix it well. Again cover the cooker with plate and wait for 1-2 min. After that add 1 spoon of ghee which will make your gravy thick and you will get a nice taste. If you don't like ghee then you can skip this step.Then again cover the cooker with plate and leave for some time and after every 2 min mix it well. Do this procedure until chicken will get soft. Once chicken is soft then add coriander leaves and mix it well and switch off the gas.If you want to add the water then do once your chicken get soft and then check salt again if its less then add it.Cook for some time so that masala will mix properly with the water.

How to Quit Smoking !!!

1)Quit in one shot. Don't think slow and steady I will reduce.
2)Use nicotine gum or else e-cig instead of that.
3)Take nicotine gum of 2mg. If you want to have 4 mg then consult with the doctor.
4)Put nicotine gum in your mouth and give slight press then try to suck the juice and chew slowly not like normal chewing gum.
5)After half an hour just spit the chewing gum and take again whenever you feel like to have cigarette.
6)After having chewing gum even though if you feel like to cigarette then use electronic cigarette. This will help you to get rid of temptation.
7)Now slow and steady reduce the gum or electronic cigarette intake and reduce it to zero.
8)Remember one thing will power is very much important into it.You should have to decide what ever happen I will not take a single puff as the day you will take one puff again it will start.
9)If you are taking drink at that time also use gum or electronic cigarette whenever you will get tempt.One or two times you feel like to have cigarette later on you will be adjusted without fag.
10)Last but not the least,if you quit cigarette from long time and think if I will take one puff then nothing will happen then you are wrong. It will again start your smoking. As per the doctor if  you stop cigarette from 7 year then its consider that you quit smoking.
11)Try to avoid to go those places where you use to smoke as it will attract you again.

Power of Meditation

Meditation is the only way to connect with the god.Meditation means no thought should have to come in your mind. Initially when you will start then lots of thought will come then don't be involver in it but just become an observer and slow and steady you will feel these thoughts are not important and you can keep it aside.Hence you will reach to a mode where no thoghts are coming into your mind.
Generally human have three kind of sleep
1) Partial sleep
2) Normal sleep
3)Deep sleep
In deep sleep your entire body and soul are resting because of that morning you feel energetic. Same way in meditation you will allow your spirit to take rest inside your body. Since its resting inside in your body so it needs less time to re -energize and you will feel energetic after meditation. Thats why 2-3 hour sleep is sufficient for the people who is doing meditation. Its found that people can't able to do meditation who eats non-veg.
